Igati Agribiz Cluster Models: In collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture at Meru University of Science and Technology, community leaders, and the Igati leadership team, we have developed agribusiness clusters focused on smart agriculture, value addition, branding, marketing, and distribution. These clusters aim to bolster food security and stimulate economic growth within our communities.

2. One Million Beehive Project: This ambitious initiative seeks to establish one million beehives across Meru County, providing local farmers with alternative income sources, promoting biodiversity, and preserving our cultural heritage. The project includes training in innovative beekeeping techniques and support for value addition in honey production.

3. Kirimaara Cereal and Grain Aggregators Cooperative Society Ltd: Focused on the value addition of food crops such as sorghum, millet, and cassava, this cooperative processes various composite flours, enhancing market access for local farmers and ensuring timely payments at fair prices.

4. Table Banking Models: We have implemented community-based financial models that encourage savings and provide accessible loans, fostering entrepreneurship and economic resilience among community members.

5. Incubation Program for Start-Up SMEs: Our incubation initiatives support emerging small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing mentorship, resources, and training, nurturing innovation and sustainable business practices within the community.
